Refunds are only issued under certain conditions, such as a cancellation made within the allowed timeframe or if the service was not delivered as promised.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund claims.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
